Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

MzansiBot offers the following paid plans:

• Starter – R59/month or R590/year
• Pro – R99/month or R990/year

Free plan users are not charged.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

• Reply *CANCEL PRO* or *CANCEL STARTER* via WhatsApp
• Email infog@mzansibot.co.za with your registered phone number

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period.

3. Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Pro plan only): If you're not satisfied with Pro within 14 days of purchase, request a full refund.

Refunds are provided in these cases:

• Duplicate/accidental charges - full refund
• Service failure preventing use - pro-rated refund
• Billing errors - full correction

Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Already used subscription periods (except 14-day guarantee)
• Change of mind after 14 days
• Free plan features

4. How to Request a Refund

Email info@mzansibot.co.za with:

• Your WhatsApp number
• Payment reference (from Paystack email)
• Reason for refund request

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us immediately. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours. For unresolved disputes, you may contact Paystack directly or the South African National Consumer Commission.
